Incoming 2026 Marshalls

Arrival date: June 9th, 2026
Departure Date: July 29th, 2026
-Player must commit the whole time
-No family vacations allowed - don’t ask
-Any missed time must be approved
-All position players who apply must be incoming college freshman
-All pitchers who apply must have college eligibility left.
-(Pitchers need to be avail to throw 2-3 innings a calendar week to be considered)
-Each roster will have 1 spot for a High School senior pitcher
If you don’t fit this criteria, please fill out watch list form - some selections may be made on a case by case basis
Housing (Sandy, UT)
Housing provided at Hyatt House, Residence Inn & Embassy Suites - Breakfast provided - every effort will be made to let you choose your roommates.
-Hyatt House has King beds that will be shared, Queens & Sleeper Sofas will not be shared.
⁃Residence Inn and Embassy Suites have Queen beds and sleeper sofas that will not be shared.
-Hyatt House & Residence Inn have full kitchens, Embassy Suites has wet bar. Embassy Suites has the best breakfast and most space in the rooms.
Transportation & Meals
Players are responsible for their own transportation and food. More than half the players will have their own cars, so getting a ride isn’t an issue.. you can always Uber or Lyft to Gates Field… some reimbursements for those rides can be made. After games shouldn’t be an issue.
Charter Bus service will be used when going to alternate game sites longer than 15 miles.
In the Sandy area you can request a ride from UTA who has a ride share on demand for $2.50 fee per ride
